RETURNS & EXCHANGES
While we do not offer refunds, items purchased from LOUELLA are eligible for store credit or exchange if returned/postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Requests for exchanges after 7 days upon receipt of your order will not be considered. The item(s) must not be worn, altered, or washed and be accompanied with Louella hangtags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on garment. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.

1) We recommend you contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) to place your exchange item on hold and avoid it being sold out. Please fill out the form on louellashop.com located under the 'Contact Us' tab or send an e-mail with the order number, item, and size you would like placed on hold.
2) Include a $7 check/money order for the shipping cost of your new item (U.S. customers only).
